Jack Li graduated from the Australian National University law school in 2017. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2020.
Jack has represented corporate entities in commercial financing, credit facilities, and seller financing. Jack has experience in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions involving strategic and private equity transactions, and has represented clients in manufacturing, textile, technology transactions including licensing and SaaS, healthcare, commercial real estate, oil and gas, as well as corporate restructuring.
