Michael Henn is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice.  Michael’s experience in patent prosecution includes patent drafting, responding to U.S, office actions, managing patent prosecution in foreign patent offices, and appeal brief drafting. He also has experience in patent litigation in the software and oil and gas fields including document review, drafting infringement charts, drafting invalidity charts, and assisting the drafting of motions.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Houston School Law Center.  During his first year at University of Houston he won the Hippard Novice Mock Trial Competition and during his third year was executive editor of the Houston Journal of International Law.  He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Louisville in mechanical engineering.
