Houston-based Team Represented NOVUM Consulting Group in New Partnership

Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston-based team, led by Habeeb ‘Hobbs’ Gnaim, represented NOVUM Consulting Group (Novum) in new partnership with Aperture, LLC (Aperture), a Trinity Hunt Partners (THP) portfolio company.

Headquartered in The Woodlands, TX, NOVUM provides financial consulting services and expert witness services to law firms and corporate clients across the country, including major intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation matters, as well as advising in patent acquisitions/dispositions, licensing, valuation, and/or financing arrangements.

Gnaim, shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, serves as the head of the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group.
