Houston-based Team Supports Client's Rapid Growth

Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston-based team, led by Habeeb ‘Hobbs’ Gnaim, represented Centex Construction (Centex) in a new partnership with O2 Investment Partners (O2), a Michigan-based private equity firm, to support the company’s rapid growth.

Headquartered in Tomball, TX and with a footprint across eight states in the southern United States, Centex is a leading provider of renovation, restoration, and maintenance services for existing, largescale multi-family property managers and owners, completing thousands of jobs annually with many of the largest nationally recognized property managers and owners in the United States.

Gnaim, shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, serves as the head of the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group.
