Tom Cullinan Adds Insight to Tax Notes Discussion
In an article published in Tax Notes on July 1, Atlanta-based Shareholder Tom Cullinan added his insight on the discussion surrounding refund suits related to ERC claims.
The article writes, “Those clients that can’t wait any longer might be having serious financial trouble, have better use for the funds, or want to do an acquisition, Cullinan said during a June 28 conference hosted by the New York University School of Professional Studies.”
Cullinan told Tax Notes that he is aware of a handful refund suits that have been issued and predicts that there will likely be more in the near future.
