Deal led by Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim receives Energy Deal of the Year Award
Chamberlain Hrdlicka was named Law Firm of the Year during the 23rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards held on November 20 in New York City. Additionally, the acquisition of Republic Tube LLC by Tenaris, led by the firm’s Tax Planning and Business Transactions practice chair, Habeeb ‘Hobbs’ Gnaim, was named the Energy Deal of the Year. The firm was proudly represented at the awards gala by Habeeb "Hobbs" Gnaim, Amy Moss, David Pierson, Jack Najarian, and Umair Karowadia.
Overall, eight transactions, with seven led by Gnaim and one led by Amy Moss, were finalists in 14 categories, including Healthcare/Life Sciences, Industrials, Energy, Materials, and Professional Services Sector Deal of the Year categories, as well as Corporate/Strategic Deal of The Year, Private Equity Deal of The Year, and M&A Deal of The Year. Furthermore, Gnaim was a finalist in the Legal Advisor of the Year category.
