On April 15, 2025, Texas Lawbook published an article highlighting Chair of the Appellate Law Section, Steven Knight, and Associate, AmyJo "AJ" Foreman's, recent Texas Supreme Court victory in a Texas Dram Shop Act dispute.

On April 11th, the Texas Supreme Court delivered the opinion in favor of Chamberlain Hrdlicka's client, a restaurant establishment, granting summary judgment for the client and reversing the court of appeals’ judgment, reinstating the trial court’s summary judgment in the client’s favor.
