HOUSTON – Feb. 24, 2025 U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in rankings and consumer advice, named Chamberlain Hrdlicka again to the U.S. News Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms. The 2025 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms list builds on U.S. News’ Best Companies to Work for List, by analyzing how individual firms meet the needs and expectations of their employees compared to their competitors.
The list takes a look at the country’s top law firms to help employees and job seekers make decisions about companies that may be a good fit for them by considering the following six criteria: quality of pay and benefits; work-life balance and flexibility; job and company stability; physical and psychological comfort; belongingness and esteem; and career opportunities for professional development. Of all the law firms considered, the ones with the highest composite scores were included in the list.
