Preston Eagan is an associate in the firm's Tax Controversy & Litigation practice.  

Preston received his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. While pursuing his J.D., Preston had the privilege of interning in all three branches of the federal government. He interned with the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and the Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation. He also interned with then Chief Judge Scott Coogler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting
