Minakshi Swaminathan is an associate in the Litigation section, focusing primarily on commercial litigation and labor & employment matters.

She received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of Volume 59 of the Texas International Law Journal, placed in the Strasburger Advanced Mock Trial Competitions, and led a team on the Parole Project.

Minakshi received her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in International Political Economics. At UT, she captained the Phi Delta Phi mock trial team.
