In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Erin is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting strategic initiatives that span a wide range of operational functions, including Facilities, Financial Services, Human Resources, Records Management, Strategic Communications, Technology, and Special Events. She oversees the professional success of all non-attorney personnel, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Erin’s leadership extends to supporting the Partnership with key client relations, business development, billing practices, and other practice-related initiatives. She plays a critical role in guiding Financial Services on budgeting and financial activities, driving efficiency across all operational platforms, and overseeing best practices related to the firm’s systems, infrastructure, marketing, intranet, website, email, and social media.

Throughout her career, Erin has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and process improvement. Her ability to collaborate with attorneys, leaders, and key personnel on operational matters ensures that the firm operates smoothly and efficiently.

Erin holds an MBA from Rice University and is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM). She is actively involved in leadership roles within professional organizations, contributing to the advancement of the legal management profession. Outside of work, Erin is passionate about fitness and home improvement, bringing the same level of dedication to her personal life as she does to her professional endeavors.
